| Dear meenaprakash, I agree with you,if we keep our cool under stressful times things always work out for us. Maids always take leave without prior information.In my earlier days asa home maker,I used to get upset with her and tell her so if she took leave without prior intimation.Now I have also learnt.I never even ask Why didn't you come for work,yesterday?"That has worked for me.Yes,she does take leave,but she informs me before hand.
