Ads do have their effects on kids and adults alike nowadays, they being more interesting than the serials. There was this ad for frozen peas, the mother used to ask her daughter,"Today what will my darling daughter would like to eat?"in a very sweet manner. The daughter would say,"mutter and bbahut sare mutter".
My daughter wh was young at that time, used to look at me accusingly and say,"yu never asked me tat question ever?".
I have also seen small kids from poor family background looking at the ads for maggie noodles and chocolates with dreamy eyes.Used to make me feel bad.
So much for ads.
As usual a hilarious thread from you.

Mithila, thanks. Ads actually accentuate the rich-ppoor divide. They increase resentment among the poor over things they cannot attain. And they make bigger fools out of fools.by making tall claims. But don't be surprised if someone takese these ads seriously and gets into trouble!
