Hi Chitra,

All your topics and your writing is sooo good. I like your thoughtful posts. I have been wanting to reply to your posts and know you better, but my limited time on this site prevented me from doing it. Today this post forced me to reply.
Just yesterday I was complaining with my hubby that he does a lot of micromanagement. He gets this trait attached to him whenever some important get-together or a travel plan or some festival happens at home. With a toddler around, me working full time and mil who pampers my hubby, I find it irritating at times. He is very sweet otherwise, but only during those times this shade of his comes out and I get stressed out. Of late, I just ignore his micro management questions and this helps me to be peaceful and complete the work in time too.
I have read your blogs too and find them interesting as well...so keep up the good work!

Regards,
Hema

Dear AC,

Where do you get your topics from? This is real good one.

But do you know in workplace it doesn't work when we don't follow up. Most secretaries are there to do this job. Follow up is a main portfolio they handle. I know too much is too bad. Anything in moderation is always acceptable otherwise people simply say they forgot or were not aware of.

Hema dear
You have made my day with your kind words!
If I were you I would be grateful this trait is not visible in dh all the time.. Imagine
Its not easy with toddler and mil and working full time.. I am sure like me you too would get around to doing it .. Nowadays my dh is showing a shade of this trait with respect to the vegetables growing.. I feel waterng once a day is enough and he thinks they need to be watered twice!
So he will ask me every evening did you water and even if one leaf is slightly off center he would ask why it didnt get enough water!
So like I am too glad its not all the time!

Dear Chitra,

Last month when I went to visit my mother I did cook for her . Ofcourse she enjoyed the sambar and her short cut ripe mango curry. But we had an arguement- I told her to stop her running commentary. Now I feel bad. kanaak

Dear Kanaka
I somehow missed this post of yours
I too feel sad about it; I am sure being your mother she did not mind as do most of our parents! So dont worry about it. Think of all the positive things.
