There is no madhiri in my case either he is my son ,or he is not, it is as simple as that.Remember the film sujatha?Nutan tells her mother,who brought her up,"Please dont say that she is like my daughter,it breaks my heart".I dont know why,the word 'madhiri 'made me remember those words.Wonderful acting by nutan,Iam her fan.

i am unable to name any for the love because mine keep changing like the nature, yes if the dew comes down i feel it is in love with me so has arrived to touch my cheeks and feel the chillness, if it rains i feel i have been hugged, and i could go on, but yes film heroes have fascinated me a lot, i love Richard Gere and his smile and handling his roles with our julia roberts the amusing smile sets me flutter.
when i read narayaneeyam and krishna says rasleela is love i am in love again all over with him, vow what it is to be loved by him and one is so confident that he would never refuse, please do not think i am becoming philosophical but then life shows many love towards many thing, the rest is all lust only in young age, but like how u say a mellowed love is anyday great, and from your picture with mama i can see so much love in his eyes for you...god bless.. sunkan

God's love for us and our love for him is great and as you rightly said,he will never ever leave us.I get mesmerised listening to Narayaneeyam recited by Sri.Sengalipuram AnantharamaDikshidhar and also his recital of lyrics in praise of Mahalakshmi.My dear sundari,people praise the voice of so many great actors,even kamalahasan has cultivated and modulated his voice.But nobody's voice can match that of Anantharamadikshidar.You sit listening to hm for hours on end.
No love can match a mother's love for her child,keeping all this aside the love between aman and a woman is unique,it hs its own flavour.

A topic after my very opwn heart.It was sheer delight joining you on this nostalic trip on the Time Machine back to our teenage years and reliving those "blushing times"....we are in the same age bracket so every line of your post registered a CLICK !
Yes, I do remember all those dashing heroes from Mill on the Floss, Jane Eyre and ofcourse the most dashing of all.... Rhett Butler from Margaret Mitchell's magnum opus '"Gone With the Wind".I saw the movie on screen twice with a racing heart every time Clark Gable appeared ! Oh ! those girly days of endless fantasies and day dreams .I still have the video cassette ..a prized possession for many a year now grown mouldy with age ....alas! Must get hold of a CD and have a look see once more...but now our old hearts will smile indulgently at Rhett and Scarlett as they fight their battles on screen!
We have our very own Rhett Butlers with us for many decades now and I'm sure you'll agree that our Rhetts will never say " My dear, I don't give a damn!"
because we never ever gave them cause to do so for we were never like Scarlett O'Hara......we are ardent admireres of our Rhetts and they have reciprocated and stood with us in sunshine and in rain !
An immensely enjoyable read it was, Mithila dear...thanks for taking me on this trip too.

It felt simply wonderful to read your reply.You also took me back several years and you remember those heart wrenching dialogues,"My dear,I don't give a damn".I almost cried in the class room.Somehow I had a great liking for the character Scarlett O'hara.I liked her grit and courage and so deeply that Ashley never reciprocated her love.
I lost my heart to Mill on the Floss.The lecturer who took that novel for us when we were in puc,did nothing bur read it in the class room but her reading was sufficient to make us weep.I felt very deeply,even now I dont have the courage to take out that book from the book almirah,because I know my heart can not take that pain now.
Have you read MiddleMarch?It was a long time ago but a classic.
