Dear Roopa,

The least said the better about such people. Not many people are happy for us when we achieve something in life. But they are the first ones to say I told you so if something does not work out.

We do not need such people in our life.

Regards,

Corallux

Dear Roopa ,

A very sensitive issue. Well written as always. Yes there are times when people help you pull through rough weathers and then expect you to owe your life to them.

This kind of mentality speaks volumes about the culture . A well cultured person with good morals will never expect something for a little affordable help given to others.
Curbing someones growth or you own needs and desires is sinful. Unwanted feelings of envy and jealousy lurking somewhere is another reason that one tries to sabotage somebody's rise. One mustn't consider oneself so superior so as to jeopardise lifes and careers .
Hope Veena understands and better sense prevails and all the best to Lata for her future. A hardworking girl she definitely deserves the best. Hope Meera gets well soon!

Love,
Devika

Dear Roopa,

A very nice story with a moral.Let me tell u what happens with me.

I hire many working uneducated boys in my office.Say they start at 2000/- thisis what I talk of jaipur.

I train a boy or two to drive, send them to Driving School, spend 2000/- and another 1000 for practice and licence.

They serve me for a year or two and then leave. But I don’t mind, as a regular driver would hve costed me 3500/- plus he wouldn’t do the office job, just sit in the car. Here my boy does the office and driving job, is loyal and I know his family personally.

So u can say I use him , and when he is perfect andleaves for a 3000 plus job, I train another one from the other boys.

So no favours done or received.I gave them some new knowledge and invested in them, and they toolearnt something from it, and improved their skills.

Veena wants to own the person in total.Thats not right.Let the other person get a good job, as Veena cant match the salary she is getting at the new place.

And if she spent 50000 on this girl they must have paid herless too, after shelearnt the job.Why crib ?

Good one.Regards.kamal

hello roopa

very well written
i'm with kamalji on it
train new ones
for less
get them to learn and earn
at the same time
and if they want to leave
for better
get another one
or keep one in line
all the time....
when you have money
its wise to keep aloof
lest it rules you....
