Failed my driving test

Hi,

i failed my driving test y'day. Really feeling miserable. I just want to get my driving license , so tat i can go out & i am 4 mths pregnant also. Just wanted to share. Hope u don't mind

Congratulations! on your pregnancy.

A lot of people fail their test, it is ok.....where do you think you made a mistake? Which DMV did you go to? I hope you have scheduled another test and I am sure you will do well next time.

be glad that you are not here in the uae ,here it takes people years together to get a driving license and we have enough stories to publish a book or two! getting a driving license is a life time achievement for many in this part of the world!

Don't get disheartened...you have another chance...you will sure to get a licence at that time...cheer up....
Remember the mistake you had made and don't repeat it...be careful and be confident...

Hi Sumi, I see you are in Cincinnati, OH. Ok here is what I think you should do...
1. If you are confident that you learned driving very well from a good teacher (Husband's - some are good, but most of them are bad teachers), than you don't need to do this first step. If not please, please invest in taking driving classes. They teach you to drive perfectly not just for the test but for your whole driving life.
2. If you are not taking driving lessons, at least find out the routes the DMV people usually use to test people's driving and practice. Practice every bump, every light, every turn, every right of way, every pedestrian walk, every speed limit and every thing in the car. This will help.
3. If you think Cincinnati is too crowded or too hard for you or is too jinxed to get you a license, then search for some small town few hours from your city. There the roads will be less crowded, the DMV uses only one route and it will be easier to pass.

Just to let you know, I have friends who got their licenses after as many as 8 attempts. They all are expert drivers now, driving across the country often in the middle of the nights, squeezing in between 18 wheelers on mountain passes!

Don't stress out, it will affect your pregnancy. Relax and have fun with it. It is like one of those things which will not occur when ever you want in life - the childhood, the first kiss etc. Once you get the license that's all - you'll rarely see the DMV office! (Sorry trying to encourage you..almost in a weird way).

well don't worry there are very few people who get their license on the first attempt!

Thanx, I went to sharonville dmv in ohio. He said tat i haven't given signals & once i didn't give pass to traffic coming frm opposite side on right turn.

Thanx, Yeah u r rite, there is always another chance , i will try not to make those mistakes again, but i don't knw when i went there & saw the examiners i got so nervous & scared. Hopefully i will pass nxt time.
