Dear Nakshatraa,

Thanks for writing in. I am glad you liked the climax. Yes Women are indeed very strong .Its only sometimes they do not realise the power they hold in themselves.

Dear Devika,

Another woman-centric story from you. I like your 'Married Woman'! What is impressive about her is the fact that she is a thinking woman, first and foremost. She was questioning her husband and his parents' attitudes all the time. Good for her that she did something about her worthless marriage and walked out bravely without worrying too much as to what would happen to her father etc etc. One has to do what one must! Also, she walked out of her marriage with the responsibility of another girl child and had no apprehensions.
Let her tribe grow.
Congrats on making it to the FP :)

Dear Kamla,

Thankyou so much for stepping in here.
Yes it is again a woman centric stroy and I guess I tried to say something that most women can relate to . Considering the skepticism that I come across in most of the posts here, I feel some would get a message from this.
And Woman is one Topic that I feel has the maximum power and potential.
I did see some of my dear IL's nominate this for the FP and I am grateful to all of them for thinking it worthy of a nomination!
Love.

Thumbs down Re: The Married Widow

Dear Devika,

Very good story indeed, all of the woman's latent strengths come out in the maternal instinct isnt it? beautifully depicted in story.

Good one!!
