Default Random Musings

Random Musings

Just a few days back,I saw Greg Chapell at the Airport with his wife, going somewhere.I was in the car and not having the digital, took out these pics from my Car itsef.I could not get down, as the Airport guards wanted me to move.I had gone to the Airport to drop my Hong Kong Cousins, who were going to Mumbai.

Greg looked handsome.Wish i could have interviewed him and grilled him.Look where he has fallen, from coaching the Indian Team to now coaching the lowly Rajasthan Team. And the Australians are only second to us Sindhis, and they will go where the money is.It is rumoured that Greg is being paid US Dollors 20,000 per month ( 8 lakhs) to coach.Wow.I could do the same for a Tenth,Kamalji style. How the mighty fall.

Parents leave Girl at Station alone - A sad story in the papers today.Parents of some Rajasthan village, left their 12 year old daughter at the Bikaner station, and told her from now on you will have to live alone here. She cried and cried, but the parents were adamant, and took off in the train, leaving the girl all alone at the staiion.

I cried the moment i read this story. How cruel can some parents be.How can you leave your young 12 year old daughter all alone in a foreign railway station and go away.Do they not know there are Beasts of Humans here dealing in Trafikking ?Thankfully a Professor heard this story and she has taken the girl home. Some humans are worse than animals.

Yuvraj and Dhoni - A friend came over as I was watching the cricket match, and i told him why does Dhoni insist on taking Yuvraj in the team. His reply stumped me.He said, Kamal, this is the only way he can be with Deepika Pudukone. But Dee[ika is with Yuvraj. But now that she is with Yuvi, Dhoni is trying his level best to woo her back, so having Yuvi in the team means Deepika too stays put in australia, and Dhoni must be telling her, see bcs of me Yuvi is in the team. Its another matter, that yesterday Yuvi played like a King. But i felt he was unncecceraliy flashy, which we did not need.I liked Dhoni's businessman approach, not one boundary in his 50.

Rakhee Sawant,u guys have any idea if she has made up with her skunky BF? Even i dont. She does make a good conversation and blogging subject. But swear, i dont know what the TV guys see in her.You will find 100 times better looking extras and maids than her.

Auction of Players – A few days back our cricketers were auctioned ( sold). The same day NDTV came out with the news that Bangladesh Women are being sold and auctioned in Mumbai.Ironical
Symonds is worried that he cammanded more money than his captain Ricky Ponting,(May be scared that Ponting in Anger will throw him out ).But now that Symonds will come to India,he will have to understand the different versions of Monkey, to be able to complain. And im sure the players and spectators will love to make a spectacle of Symonds. So be ready ,Mainu Ki.

How ironical .I had written an article “ Gods for Sale”, and now I see the Cricketers for sale.I don’t envy them their money, their shelf life is short, let them make hay.But .Money talks and how ! As Shahrukh Khan once famously said “ Yes for money I dance at weddings, and if given a decent amount, I will go down to my undies and dance.and now Shahrukh is making the cricketers dance with his money. And if Shahrukh loses money in this business, he may well have to dance without his chaddies to make up for the loss. Then I guess all can see his 6 or 7 ad labs or whatever they call it,I mean the muscles.

Weddings – Yesterday Friday the 22nd of Feb, there were 2000 weddings in Jaipur.Since the Jaipur pandits were having their hands and dhotis full, they had to call pandits from Varanasi,Pushkar and Calcutta.I just wonder after 9 months 9 days, what will be the condition of the maternity homes.Maybe the brides will have to go to other cities for deliveries ? I see a good business opportunity.

You must have gone to sleep reading this piece, as usual. So whenever u suffer from insomania, please read my blogs, and save on the sleeping pills.Ciao.

hi there....

good idea on saving the sleeping pills, not having to worry if you have overdosed, and emptying one's mind prior to a good nite's peaceful sleep....
if only i can commercialise this idea....
dont worry though...the patent will be yours....i just a get a certain share...

jokes apart...
some of these musing are to be pondered through though....

like those parents who left their child alone at the train station?
that left me aghast....i cant believe that some can go even to that extent....

as for the cricketeers and money....i think i shall just stick to watching the game....i dont want to go anywhere near to is politics...

rakhi sawant...the only reason why men look at her is for her "36-24-36"...nothing else....she doesnt even have any talent compared to the newbies who are now entering the film industry....
but i must mention one scene of hers though...
in the movie named masti she plays the role of a male transsexual...a tiny role...but there were some good laughs to that....especially seeing riteish desmukh's shock when he finds out....

200o wedding's?
that's something you dont hear everyday either....

good on you for posting......
cheers
-maya-

Kamaal hai,Kamalji! You write very well. I am getting used to this rather dry, acerbic humour and existentialist style. It is very refreshing to see thoughts and observations presented in their simples basic version, with no frills and fancies. All your pieces are worthy, keep posting!

Hello Kamalji,

A very interesting trip through a lot of happenings. The article on the parents were too inhuman to believe.

And the rest Dhoni.... to Deepika... to Yuvi.... TO Rakhee....

One thing is sure Kamalji , Gossip no longer remains the birthright of women!!

Regards,

Devika

Devika,

My wife says that u should have been a woman, bcs of the gossip u do.But gossip is fun.If there were no Rakhee Sawant, I would be bored, u know, Devika. As they say
“ Gossp Is the spice of life”.And there is a gossip club in Hohiarpur ,Punjab, hwere only males above 60 are allowed, and that too if they have a sense of humour. This was in the papers a month or so back, and I showed the newspaper clipping to my wife.HAHA.
Thanks for enjoying and yr nioce comments.Regards.kamal

Kya Kamalji,

Atak jaate ho raakhee sawant peh...poor wife..i know she should be also joking along with you...

I think the lady thrives by creating her own news.....

I saw the whole auction, and now reading yours i was laughing..by the way they are called 6 pack abs....the other day there was a programme on star news showing hritik and shahrukh with their 6packs and who is better...GOD,these people just do anything for trp.

The girls story is really very hurting..but it true..nowadays parents...a father marrying his own daughter in the name of god's wish, a father raping his own 3 year old daughter....where are we going.. i think even cave man was protective of his own...since his teachers were only the animals...

for 8 lakhs chappel will not mind teaching in club also.....
all the brave talk by dhoni wasto woo deepika???...i did not know that chakkar....

I really have a stitch laughing...
