Default When 'sleep' scores over diamonds!

Life after kids:

1. You consider the day 'great' if there were no temper tantrums by the kids.
2. Your conversation with single women and women-with-no-kids starts and ends with 'Great weather'.
3. The word most (ab)used by you is 'Dont'.
4. 'Wow' to your husband is reserved for occasions when he puts the baby to sleep.
5. Kings size bed does not have space for you and your husband.
6. You consider it a great achievement if you reach a party only two hours late.
7. You stand a great chance of winning the award for 'wardrobe malfunction' and 'Woman with the most disheveled hair'.
8. You go for luncheon with your husband to plan strategies for handling the moods of the kids.
9. At parties, other women sadly look at you(r tummy) and ask you 'Are you pregnant again?'.
10. In your wish list, 'Sleep' scores over diamonds and clothes.

And,
Inspite of knowing all this, given a second chance, you would still go ahead and have kids

Cheers,
Sumathy

never lament,
this is a stage of life that you will over come and will think those were the days, think how soon these kids will make a home and leave u alone then u will try ur best to make things wonderful here.
bed get a better one larger nowadays u get 7 1/2 by 6 1/2 but u need to have a comfortable room to accomodate that.
take a little effort like eating many times rather than 3 big meals make it 6 short meals and u will find the difference in a few days itself, tummy after delivery can be reduced make an attempt.

smile and see the brighter side always, bring in the positive attitude over the negative, think ur hubby with u on the way to the party, when in some houses man never comes home at all leave alone the party.
think about a childless home and u will feel blessed with it.

u feel u r chubby that is the generous middle age and it will all go away one day, think about people spending enarmous to be chubby somewhere, so all these are normal, one man food another's poison like wise in life too one is always thinking and sulking about the negatives, if we could take time to analyze and keep count of blessings u will thank god for more...sunkan

Dear sunkan,

Well, you are right about 'One man's food is another's poison'!
Frankly this is more a humourous 'outpouring' than a lament. Infact, I discuss this with my elder daughter and she even adds some more 'cribs for me' to this list!
Like I said, inspite of knowing all this, we would go ahead and have kids for the sheer pleasure of it.

Cheers,

Sumathy
