The First Enthusiasm Of Getting An Email Id

The first enthusiasm of a getting an email id:

It’s been a long time now and when I saw my sis son running up to me and asking perims you don’t have orkut account and when I told him, yes! I do?

But then why do u ask? He said oh! I have broad band at home and wanted to know the id’s of people I can get in touch with..

Some years ago even I collected so many addresses, thought the world is my panorama connected with me, and I am going to be very busy with many chatting daily and people who I have never been able to keep in touch, are going to enjoy all those chats and development in relations…

Period! Nothing happened, and when I sent hi to them some did not even bother to send a hello back, this is the world and until people have something to say they don’t bother. They telephone and finish it up.

So my new enthusiasm led me to the chat rooms thinking I am going to get some nice friends there, again another blast where all said hello but wanted to do only sex chat which is not what I had expected, so walked away from there, now my searching never paid. My children who are into this and chatting daily, added me in so many friendship site’s I could never keep track of and suddenly friendship request poured in and my daughter guided me to select and delete which is not proper and according to my mental adaptation I started searching analyzing and then settled for a few friends and that too I deleted after a few chat as there was no wavelength.

Something beautiful did happen one guy from kerala came through and he was heading for dubai, I am into numerology, astrology and so many things, he introduced another common friend of his to me and she is Tracy bhaughman from Utah and we had wonderful rapport and our common subject of photoshop led us to discuss and share a lot many pictures and collage which she made and I helped with some to get the right shades and so on..

The rest of the friendship sites were a little hai here and a little bye there, but when I think today, I may not have made a lot of friends, but the few I have am very comfortable chatting and we do share a lot many things, and some from the eastern part and some from the western part of the world with timings so different, I am indebted to my ladies forum too to have given me the platform to search for a friend with like mindedness and my life to move further with a lot of enthusiasm…

Now don’t think me straying, it does happen, to day my email has a name of its own, and identity of its own, and am happy I came to know of the email and its beauty, like how we arrange a bouquet of flowers, we do combine the colors to match our home, like wise friends are a riot of colors we arrange in our life to enjoy the fragrance of friendship which never fade like the flowers but retain in our entire life. Each is a masterpiece on its own, and their experiences leave behind a trail to think and leaf through in your mind… sunkan

Truly friends give colors to our life. As all colors are beautiful in their own way, so are friends.
Lucky you to have 'colors of your choice'.

it is not the color of my choice but like how i said birds of feather, some how the bunch or colors fall into place and make it great, the contributions are plenty here too, life is contribution, what you can spare and do for them or how you can help them and how they help you and so on...sunkan

It was with great relish that I enjoyed reading from start to finish and then read again so nicely written and even more nicely said..my husband selected my id for me and was very happy when i first heard it..never thought of going to the chat rooms but glad
you ave warned me..really loved your lines.. like how we arrange a bouquet of flowers, we do combine the colors to match our home, like wise friends are a riot of colors we arrange in our life to enjoy the fragrance of friendship which never fade like the flowers but retain in our entire life. Each is a masterpiece on its own, and their experiences leave behind a trail to think and leaf through in your mind…

so well written..Our friends are the wonderful beautiful flowers and each of them are so unique in their own way..like a rose is different from a daisy..and some are just ferns too..you can tell that I am spending time admirirng this so please do continue to write..also keep blogin..

for dropping in here, yeah a wonderful experience indeed, to have various moods in friends and to put up with it, consoling cajoling it is real fun when you get them to chat and when they reveal things which they may not if we meet, chat is a weakness sometime you tell more than you would otherwise, so always have to be careful not to let the emotion leak away all your thoughts there..sundari

Got back a few funny memories.

It is a bit off track from ur experience but suits the title of ur post,so here i share it.

I was just into college & I had a friend quite a few yrs elder to me.She was working in Infosys and she gave me her mail id (*****@ infy.com)and told me to keep in touch with her.But i did not have any mail id.So i told my elder sister abt it.She was like ok lets go to an internet cafe and create an id for u its no big deal.We went there and my sister asked which id would u like for ex yahoo,rediff,etc.I told her confidently i want infy.com!!!!
My sister was shocked initially and later burst out laughing.Then she explained to me that u need to work in infy to get that id.
My god!!! if i remember this incident i feel i was so naive and innocent.

Thanks sunkan for rekindling old lost memories.Shall share it with my husband this evening.
