Default "The Thanks giving Tribute"

Dear ILites,

Recently we had the thanks giving contest in our IL. Many would have participated but only few were short-listed. Let we all take this as an opportunity to thank whom we wanted to in this thread.

My hearty congratulations to the winner post and also close competent posts. Those who sent in your entries to IndusLady through private message; why don't you share the same here. Those who missed the chance to thank your lovely buddies; why don't you take this as an opportunity?

Here goes my post:

Love is a sign of relationship,
forever it sails.
Orison is a reign of warmth,
forever it lingers.
Veneration is a rain of mannerism,
forever it remains.
Elation is a chain of succession,
forever it dwells.
Life is a rain of tolerance,
forever it showers.
Yearning is a plane of enthusiasm,
forever it glows.

Reliance is a sign for humanity,
forever it travels.
O'nesty is a vein of humane nature,
forever it helps.
Sigh is a boon of action,
forever it reveals.
Eliteness is an act of life,
forever it lightens.

This Lovely rose I take to decorate my parent's lotus feet! I owe them for what I am today! I am proud to dedicate the "Thanks giving" day to my parents who gave me life in this bountiful mother Earth, who made everything possible in this divine and fruitful life. This i would call a "Rosy Anthem"

Regards

Hi Ramya,

That is a wonderful and thoughtful poem! Very nice choice of words, too!

I'm sure your parents would be moved by this heartfelt thanks from you!

Also, it is a good idea to invite others to post their entries! A definite treat for the mind!

Wishing you all the very best,

Dear Sowmya ma'am,

Thank you for your heart felt wishes. Parents are my treasure and I try to comfort them by my actions and gestures. Its my bounded duty; for I see the Supreme power in them.

Hope this thread gets highlighted with all the thanks giving tributes. Eagerly awaiting the responses.

Thanks once again for having spent time to reply and accepting my invitation.

Let the "harbinger of good omen" enlighten your fruitful days ahead in life.

Regards
RamyaVaradharajan
