Default You Are Taken For Granted When????

U r taken for granted when:
1)Drinking tea which u have never done in your life so far a coffee addict.
2)Your opinion do not matter your references are just to ensure your presence.
3)Food choices are not your favored and if favored then with a sulk.
4)Clothes are brought with not your choice.
5)People murmur in front of you but will not tell what it is.
6)You are alone at home by choice.
7)No shopping, no outing as it is decided you cannot make it.
Odd time movies at home knowing you cannot sit up for it.
9)In case you get laurel it is taken with a surprise.
10)Any chat friend can’t do without u! Then u know the glimpses coming your way.[idu thevaiya]
11)When you cook and its tastes great, “I know you are great!” What a consolation.
12)Instead of going to temple and other gatherings what is this in the internet all the time? Eh?
13)You cannot share a censored joke, you are labeled be aware.
14)You are moody; they have decided it is due to no internet that day??

I will never get in to such situtations.. its so boring.. so choking....

I will never let anyone take me for granted, I respect myself a lot.

A good eye opener for people who have laid low for long....

Ummm....
Nice post, definitely an eye opener...
But, how do you make people, not take you for granted...
If you show protest, does´nt it get you labelled as well....
I agree, that doing something is always better than not trying at all, but end of the day it is all for your satisfaction......
It hardly makes an impression on the people arround you, when thay have got used to taking you for granted...

So, how to make the difference...

A small question, but I guess hard to answer....

Few of your forwarded thoughts brought in some valid reasons and answers.

Look in to this view

"Learn to be a master OF mind rather than mastered BY mind."

Our mind literally controls every function in our physical bodies,
from breathing and walking to the behaviors
and attitudes that stem from our innermost beliefs.

The mind is, in fact, a powerful tool.

One that when used correctly, can shape and bend reality to meet our every desire.

Using the power of thought, we can literally create a reality that mimics our innermost dreams and aspirations.

We can create happiness, abundance and even good health.

So we can be taken for granted only we give in to others thoughts in our actions.

Thinking creates an image.
Images control feelings.
Feelings cause actions and actions create results.

time is a great healer, and makes u wise with each situation, which you would not want to repeat, still i do sometime keep going knowing very well the result will not be for me, the panna that is the page of one's life once turned cannot be brought back, so u make gr8 or mar is left to you, but u cannot go back and correct it, it is better to run with it and as the maturity sets in, why bother telling they will learn with age, is the only statement that keeps rushing at u, saving you from any untoward in future...sunkan

these are my thoughts not a forward, and when u r in the picture all theory sometime gets thrown by the mind begging to differ the fate, trying all skills to get back some moment but then its gone, and you are left with the dusty trail behind, any amount of control in your mind, can it save u from the loneliness among the crowd, when the blood is hot you never have the time to analyze it is only when the back seat is shown and u sit there knowing you have done better in the given situation you cannot convince the front seater about it, they learn their way.....sunkan

Dear Sunkan,

I agree....

Happiness is a state of mind....One decides to be happy or not.
But it really take a lot of effort to remain happy, to block the negativity arround you, visualize good things, think positive...
I guess, it comes with practice, but the effort has to be made...

It is initiation of such effort, that most people dont do. They go with the flow, leaving things to GOD, and hoping someday things will be fine...
All the while, they are acknowledging the fact that they are not happy, and keep hoping someday they will be.

Instead, If they start seeking happiness in what they have...ife would be much easier...

I have done both, have hoped hopelessly, and second- decided to be happy with what I have, and thank GOD for providing me what I needed most in life..I dont hope for things to fall in place..No hope, only a satisfaction with what I have.

Hoping was easier, although it kept me reminding that I dont have something.

Deciding to be happy is tough, but it gives me a very good feeling. I feel alive...

It was nice to read and analyze your post...

Keep the thoughts flowing....
