| TDU Sir, Indian Street food seems to be having a lot of fan following in IL too. Every city and town has its own special street foods. Paav bhaji, Sandwich and Vada paav taste good only when it comes from the street hawkers. I have noticed the same with Kulfi and Chaat's too.

| There is just one major ingredient which makes street food much more tastier than home food -- yes, THE STREET !! In such a live ambience with so many distractions, food tastes marvellous in spite of the shopwallahs grubby clothes, untidy hands, not properly rinsed glasses etc. etc..... No wonder however lovingly we follow a perfect recipe for bajjis at home, the taste can never come close to the ones eaten hot hot at Marina Beach , with the salty sea breeze to kick up our senses ! Regards. |
