yes, every trip to the mall ends like this..sometimes i feel it is better to go the small shops and just pick out what u need...but thank god u did not pay a fine of 3000 or something.(.i thought u were going to end it that way)..so now u can enjoy your new salwaars...
Hi Mindian

Thank you for visiting my thread and putting in your fb :) I agree about you in visiting the small shops - But it requires a positive frame of mind. When I feel all practical, I visit only the small shops nearby, that too with a ready list available in hand.

Another thing is for sure - " I defenitely am going to enjoy the salwars"

I usually put a reminder in my mobile (immediately whenever something got over) to get the list of things when we go for the weekly shopping. Would cross check the list and then start billing it.

Better to avoid last minute tension and end up paying more...bonk

Here we are used to facial tissues so not much use of kercheifs.
Hi Sharadha. Thank you for your comments. Glad that you enjoyed the narration.

Most of the time, my husband and I plan for the planning well ahead. I always have post-it's in my house where I track the items. But once in a while, I freak out and this sunday was one such instance :)

Hi Raji, Thank you for your comments. So true, in most of these cases, we propose to do something and we end up doing something else.

Big LaughKashvya!!! Oh God this is so hilarious! My colleagues are staring at me for laughing at my screen!
At first when I saw the heading, and reached the part where you were entering the mall, I thought the hankies actually costed 3k. Then I realized that you shopped to your hearts content. That too late night shopping!
But I guess you would have come out of the Sunday gloom by that.

Dear Kashvya

You have narrated the shopping so well. I thought you lost Rs.3000 but you have gained by buying other things. It always happens when you go shopping. Thats why some men dont accompany the ladies for shopping.
The post was hilarious. Enjoyed reading it.

love
viji

Hey Syama

Great to know that you liked my post and found it hilarious. I can guess how your colleagues must have looked when you started laughing. It has happened to me lots of time. IL really pulls us deep in Drowning
