The Blessed Gift of Love

He fashioned it from sunshine that warms and cheers the hours
He gave it all the sweetness of newly blossomed flowers
He added dawn’s bright promise,the peace of evening, too
The joy of changing seasons to make it ever new
And the eternal beauty of the stars that shine above
God gently placed it in each heart, the blessed gift of love



The word LOVE itself gives a a happy feeling in our heart. There are many kinds of love.
First comes the love between two lovers, it may be love due to beauty, or the love between two hearts. It depends on each one. But true love will last long

Love with God is required .. Without His love nothing will move. Sweetness cannot be described in words. It can be known only when you put some sweet thing on ourtongue. Similarly , God cannot be explained in words. It isessentially something to be realized by oneself. Love towards God is everlasting.

There is love between the parents and children which is very pure and cant described in words. The children are always a parent’s source of loving pride and joy. When the children are young , they are loved everyday. When theyare fullygrown there is noone like them to bring back precious memories and fill their life with fun.

The love between husband and wife is memorable. Thelove they carry within their hearts grow deeper everyday. They havea special kind of love , a love that endears and grows stronger still throughout the coming years. Their marriage is a Divine Union.

The love between brothers and sisters is a special bond of love that holds together our yesterdays, our todays and our tomorrows. A brothers and sisters little sacrifices makes a big difference , caring words gives great confidence.

God made a brother out of love and gave him special ways of adding fun and happiness to ordinary days.

Love between friends is unique. God created friends to brighten the days and make the world a warmer place with thoughtful, pleasant ways.

Love with neighbours is also very essential. They are the ones who show their true love when the other one is in need. They are the first one to come and help their neighbour when in need. They have a special bond of love.

There is a special love between aunts, uncles and niece and nephews. For some niece and nephews their aunt and uncle are more than their own parents., as some our brought up by their aunt and uncle.

There is pure love between a teacher and student and also a Guru and his shishya.

Finally the love between old couple is worth seeing. The way they help each other and show their love for each other. They cant do without each other.

Those who salute and serve daily the elders ripe with age, wisdom and experience will be sure to obtain the four benefits of long life, knowledge, fameand strength
