Viji garu,

Its indeed funny to read your first time coffee experience but i can feel what you might felt at that time as i made so many blunders when i started cooking few of them were after chopping Okra(ladyfinger) used to put them in water to wash which ultimately became some sticky thing,u know something i did repeat the same thing for 3-4times wondering whats happening every time and atlast one of my neighbor came to rescue for the 5th time.Thats how i learnt cooking. Now my family members praise me that i am good cook.

Dear Kanaka

Good to know that u make good coffee. I think I should visit yourhouse to have your coffee. South Indians are famous for coffee making na; Some like strong coffee and some light coffee. My elder sis in law has more of dication than milk and more sugar. My husband does not have it so strong so first time when my sis in law came I did notknow that she wants strong coffee. Later only came to know so everytime she comes I make strong coffee for her.

Yes, it is always funny when you recall your first experiences, when you were a novice. You are nervous and you hardly know your way. I remember that during my first trip abroad as a very young person, I was quite nervous. As I was entering the aircraft, the steward was standing at the gate and said something to me. I was all flustered and asked him in confusion: I beg your pardon? The man smiled sweetly back at me and repeated: Good everning!!

Dear Viji,

Nice write-up ... Someway, it sounds funny but when we face it how hard it is na ... You are not bad like me ... yes, I am more bad in my cooking during beginning ... I have done lot of mistakes and now, I am trying to get rid of those mistakes ... My hubby is the only person who taught me cooking and he is the best person in critizing too ... But, critizing makes me perfect .. isn't it ... Thanks for sharing here M'am and am very happy to share mine too
