Pavithra, Brick is the right term for the earlier mobies. They weighed a tonne. The problem is that mobile phones like cars and cloths have become fashion statements and not just means of communication.l

Mindi thanks. We have stopped treating mobile phone as well, just a phone! It is a source of entertainment, a pocket computer, what not. Someday don't be surprised if some mobile maker puts so many functions into it that in confusion he forgets to put the phoning function!

A phone that costs a million ruppees?! Balajee...I googled for it...It has really a cobra on it and is encrusted with some precious stones etc designed by the French jeweller Boucheron! Those who own it will not use it! A showpiece after all:)

Well, I think I wont mind having that one:)

Prefer that to the Iphone and the likes, will have to take a course to understand how to operate the thingy!

Sanya if you get lost in a country like UAE mobiles definitely can help trace you. Otherwise there are lot of times I hate to be traced in a familiar environment. At such times it is a real nuisance.
