| Dear Mithila, Wonderful piece from you once again! You have conveyed a beautiful message in your own inimitable style. Concentrating on a particular work and doing it impeccably is also meditation - yes, I totally agree with Saro athai on this. Though you have writtern Saro athai was a fictious one, i have created my own image for her and felt good at it. Great message with a blend of humor and Mithila's touch. Keep them coming.

| Dear Mithila M'am, Once again you have come up with a lovely piece of Message ... I enjoyed reading your meditation style ... Yes, morning times are always busy and myself couldn't find time for exercising most of the days ... even though my 2 kids go to school but my little one always stays around me nagging for this and that ... ... Meditation is an excellent one for everyone's health more than that our total involvement makes to give concentration and dedication to the work we do ... Saro Athai well said ... : to her (even though it is invisible character) but my to you my dear M'am ... please keep come with lots of kind messages ...

| Mithila, Meditation is the word that made me come and read this, (of course, it was by you)... Meditation is nothing but concentration put into practice...but we forget to observe that ...and you gave out those things which we do with interest and concentration in our day to day life...nicely brought out the 'real meaning' of meditation... this reminds me that we ladies need not do thavam because our daily duties is thavam in itself...so I think so do the meditation... sriniketan

| My dear lahy15, Don't say ,dear that the little one is nagging you, I can seehim/her tagging behind you and my heart goes out to that child.Touch wood. Meditation is concentratiuon, when we do our work whatever it is with total concentration that is the best type of meditation that gives you a sense of satisfaction apart from mental peace. Take care, lots of love mithila kannan
