For which one you spend more now ?

It created me awareness to think as to what I am impulsive on and to control that and check in my next month's list..

As ppl said the major chunk goes for groceries and kids needs and school fees..

In India these days transport has also become expensive..

hi all,

the biggest portion goes as rent. we spend more for clothes. ( we realised it now). and then comes the groceries and other stuff like diapers, and other baby stuffs.

Very interesting.We spend mostly now on electronic items like Refrigerator,electric rice cooker and we changed our furnitures recently as we shifted our house in recent years and abt on cosmetics,dress materials i think they are inevitable.That is it.

Once upon a time my dear when we had started our life,we spent a lot on buying things for the house.We spent a lot on electronig gadgets.We spent a lot on our daughters' education,buying clothes for them etc.We also spent a lot on buying all the childrens' magazines for them since we felt that that was actually investment in the sense that their general knowledge would improve so also their language skills.
Now my husband is a retired person.We have all the gadgets,infact we have given away many items since we have no use for them.Now we spend a lot on medicines,.We

Once upon a time ,my dear, when we were a young couple,we used to spend a lot on buying things for the house.We also used to spend on electronic gadgets like music system,TV, so many other things.Whatever new came on the market was purchased whether we had use for that or not,such was the excitement in building up our home.
We used to spend a lot on our childrens' education,buying mall the kids' magazines for them,going on a holiday .
Now we are senior citizens.No other commitments.We spend a lot on medicines.All other expenses have remained the same,we both read a lot,we spend on buying books and magazines.We spend on attending marriages and giving presents.
I cant think of any other major expense,my dear.

hi sunil,

i use to spend a lot of money in my Garments, Cosmetics, because i am single, not yet married, and also i spending lot of money on medical expenses for my mother. What ever i earn it my wish how to spend it. Because i am in joint family, i dont have any commitment. If get married i should stop spending too much on my Cosmetics and Garments.

Dear Twinuma, Yes, now-a-days, prices are increasing more on everything that too in India ... ... drastically increased on everything ...
