What is easy and what will last...

Dear friends,
Earning a good name outside the house is easy like you can 'pretend' to have all the good qualities a human being can have...and win friends...

Earning a good name inside the house is also easy to some extent by being good to others...

Both of these are possible and can be permanent only if the person has it by birth or can develop those qualities to have a peaceful living...either in this world or in his next births too..

One can have a good name outside the house but inside he may not be good..
but if a person is good inside the house, naturally he will be good too... outside the house....

what do you all say...which is easy and will last...

Person should be good from nature ... Acting outside as being good is not possible by everyone and if so, then we are ditching ourself ... This drama will never last for long ... If I say, being Good inside the house will lead us to be good outside also ... In tamil we say 'Agathin Azhaghu Mugathil Theriyum' ... this is the truth ... Whatever good or bad we have will be shown out, when we move with people ... Better to be good inside the house, which will automatically reflect to be the same outside also ... This is the everlasting one ...

If a person is inside and outside good...there is no problem to 'act' good, isn't it...

A man can be GOOD always if and only If he has good inner values...

As you have said some may be good inside the house and act very differently outside and viceversa....

He can easily gain a good name by pretending as if good.. but no use... He is either by the people inside the home /outside either directly or indirectly.. Any one of this will happen.....

So A Man is valued by by his INNER Qualiltes....
(hope i wrote correctly what i thought or did I confuse.. )

Try the maximum to be what you are. Pretending doesn't solve the issues and rather creates more confusions. You tend to slip somewhere when you try to pretend. There are occassions where you need to pretend (at times) to safeguard yourself but we should see to that it doesn't hurt others feelings.

in my experience i feel one cannot be good or bad but the way other's perceive about you is more important, you may be in the vicinity but still be invisible to all, like people would not notice your presence at all and if at all they do they remember ohh amam ille kind and forget, but,

some human though may not contribute anything one bright smile and they will be star for all occassions like people would love to have them lead many things in many places, so one has to be lucky by karma to get the good quality noticed and appreciated only then one can name it as name and fame,.

as this comes from outside i feel they are not necessary like in a site they asked me to answer many questions that are being put and i would get paid for it, i did become popular but payment was not coming my way because the person who read this did not feel mine to be the best answer, so i dropped the idea of answering totally and am at peace more, when there is no expectation in life one can contribute with more genuinity and sincereity and happiness.

According to me,if we are good in our house,like if we are a good son/daughter,sister/brother automatically it paves the way for a good human being outside.If a person have a crumbling relationship with his family,he may be feel guilty when some one especially colleagues,higher officials scold him,order him or tease him or do whatever to spoil his mood.He may be in a sense of helplessness and realize the affection and love his family showers on him.So first,be good at home the rest of the good things comes easily.
And a man can pretend to be good and can also earn fame but that lasts only for a while.And it happens sometimes that what appears good for one person may sound bad for the other.But still good qualities built right from the birth makes survival peaceful and happy.

Both are important in life. Man is a social animal and it is important to have good connection with all here.
Begins with childhood , that the seeds of being good are sown and just keeps getting stronger as you grow.
A person who is good at heart would be good everywhere irrespective of home or out, a facade doesnt last much long anyway.

Yes there are people who show they are very kind and friendly outside the house but inside the house they are like devils(this is what I could use for them), cruel with the family member only think of themself and all, and start changing colours according to the situation, but will never let themself know how they are inside the house. You can say double faced people.
