Dear AC akka,

The Dabbawallas of Bombay is a great story and subject of management studies… But today it has gained international recognition because of Prince Charles… We don’t recognize our own greats…

I avoid taking tiffin boxes during the school / college days because of the fear I will lose it and another major worrying factor was… close friends… who will dip their sticky licked wet hands and take a bite from my box… hahahahahahaha…

I love your brothers style of eating… 6 dabba box… great….

Veda

Hi AC Sweety,

Dabbawallas are the heart line of Mumbai like the local train, floods, traffic jams, vada pavs, pav bhajis etc. They have been tirelessly working for generations to fill the hungry stomachs of lakhs of commuters who travel for more than 2 hours one way to reach their office detination. A wonderful post from a sweet friend called AC.
