It was the best and Memorable Sunday for my husband and he felt blessed and happy

Happiness for senior citizens is being with children and friends . In old age they dont want anything else. Yesterday was my husband's 75th Birthday and it was the best and memorable Birthday for him. He has never in his life celebrated a Birthday like this. Also it was his Calendar Birthday and Star Birthday.

Actually I wanted to arrange for lunch for his Samithi friends because they are like a family to him and they have a father figure also amongst them who is nearing 90 yrs now and my husband is his right hand. So I told his close friend that we will give a surprise on his Birthday . But God had other plans and everything works according to God's will only.

Yesterday there were Annual meetings of two Sabhas of which my husband is a member. So I cancelled the lunch party as he will like to go for the meeting. But he was more happy being with many people and he had a memorable Birthday and the best Birthday in his life. He has never celebrated a birthday like this. Though I missed him during the day and night as during lunch and dinner he was not there and evening felt low that I could not celebrate the Birthday with him , but I was happy that he enjoyed the day and night with his friends . He got loads of wishes from 100 people in the meeting and more than 50 people in facebook. He was saying I got more wishes than you and I told him that is because it is your 75th Birthday.

Since he was not there for lunch I made payasam for him. I was happy that he had breakfast at home. I made him wear new Dhothi and Shirt which suited him well and took his photo and when we went to temple made a Gentleman take our photo in the temple. I am posting the photos in my album. Many ILites who are in facebook had wished him. I wanted the other ILites wishes too , so I am posting this thread.

Early morning he was happy to get wishes from his children , though he missed them being here. He was very very happy yesterday for the wonderful time he had from morningto evening.
