In life we learn from experiences.I also a learnt a lot from my experiences in life and now in old age learning more especially about some people who take advantage of a simple person.

I was so happy when we shifted from a chaal to a flat in 1978, thanks to my uncle with whose help we got to stay in a flat and that too with less pagdi. It is a very lucky house and where we stayed happily for 32 years. Since it was going for redevelopment we had to shift to a rented house. Luckily we got a nice house with less rent and it was one bedroom, hall and kitchen. Though the landlord had kept many of their furnitures in our house and some wereuseful also but still we liked the place and enjoyed staying there . Had opportunity to enjoy Ganesh Chathurthi and Navratri in the Colony. As the landlord increased the rent we had to leave after two years. Felt bad when we had to leave, luckily we got another rented house where we are now which is only one room kitchen. Now after two years we have been told to leave this house as the landlord said he want to sell the house. But when someone contacted him for buying the house he said he is not selling. Dont know what is in his mind, either he must be wanting to increase the rent and he knows that we wont be interested in paying more or want to give someone .

My husband is a very simple person and only few people understand him. Now recently I was happy that we were getting another rented house which is a new house and though one room kitchen , there was English toilet there. We had told many of our friends we are shifting there. And there came the surprise when the son of the uncle who was to give the house told about the rent which was more than what the father had told. I was so happy that we were going to shift on 2nd May , Akshaya thrithi day. It will be four years this July and our own house is still not gone for redevelopment. Waiting for the redevelopment , many senior citizens have died . Dont know whether we will get an opportunity to go and live there.

Again in search of a rented house , hope we will get a better house and our own house will be ready soon

Laugh, even when you feel too sick or too worn out or tired.
Smile, even when you're trying not to cry and the tears are blurring your vision.
Sing, even when people stare at you and tell you your voice is crappy.
Trust, even when your heart begs you not to.
Twirl, even when your mind makes no sense of what you see.
Frolick, even when you are made fun of. Kiss, even when others are watching. Sleep, even when you're afraid of what the dreams might bring.
Run, even when it feels like you can't run any more.
And, always, remember, even when the memories pinch your heart. Because the pain of all your experience is what makes you the person you are now. And without your experience---you are an empty page, a blank notebook, a missing lyric. What makes you brave is your willingness to live through your terrible life and hold your head up high the next day. So don't live life in fear. Because you are stronger now, after all the crap has happened, than you ever were back before it started.”

    Dear viji madam ( Mami)
Life is a beautiful admixture of ups and downs. When our desires are fulfilled, it is stated that God is pleased with our prayers. When suffereing thrives it means that God has more confidence in us that we will be capable of solving the problems. In both the ways it is a positive sign.
