thanks for starting this thread.I think it is very difficult to say one or two because i have a long list.I always love to eat varieties of food.

My list
1. my mummy's crispy adai (with pepper and jeera) with sambar.

tamilnadu--Good coffee(prepared by me),aappam with cauliflower chops,onion sambar with potato curry,athirasam etc,tomato pickle,

kerala- Adai pradhaman,elai adai, chakka pradaman(jackfruit payasam),aravana payasam,Mangai koottan( mango sambar),mango thogayal

karnataka--Rasam,mysore bajji,dharwad beda,sunddakkai pickle

andhra-avakay pickle,nellikkai pickle, sweets,

north-panipuri,channa bhatura,pav baji

chinese-baby corn manchurian

american- french fries,pastries, chocolates,strawberry milk shake

bengal- basundhi,rasamalai,rasberries

wherever i go i will always opt for briyani........even if you wake me at midnight and ask i wud say briyani, its my most favourite of all..... apart from that i like chinese.......
