சுஜாதா - சில நினைவுகள்

சுஜாதா அறிமுகமானது ஆனந்தவிகடனின் வாயிலாகத்தான். பூக்குட்டி.
அது அனிதாவின் காதல்கள் தொடர்கள் வெளிவந்து கொண்டிருந்த காலம். ஒவ்வொரு வாரமும் அந்த தொடரை எதிர்பார்த்து,
பள்ளி நண்பர்களுடன் விவாதித்தது மறக்கமுடியாதது. பதின்ம வயதின் ஃபாண்டஸி-யென்று இப்போது தோன்றுகிறது.
எழுதியவரின் பெயர் அறிந்து நான் படித்த எழுத்துகள், பாலகுமாரனுக்கு பிறகு சுஜாதாதான். அதன்பின்,
அவரது ஒருசில சிறுகதைகள், மற்றும் டிடியில் வந்த நிலா-ஜீனோ தொடர், இந்தியா டுடேயில் அவரது ஆக்கங்கள்.
பல்கலைகழகக் கல்லூரியில் தமிழ் வகுப்பில் "உங்களை கவர்த்த எழுத்தாளர் யார்" என்ற பேராசிரியை தேவதத்தாவின்
கேள்விக்கு, பலரும் சொன்ன பதில் சுஜாதாதான். அதற்கு அவரது பதில் சுஜாதா ஒரு நல்ல எழுத்தாளர் என்று
நான் சொல்ல மாட்டேன். அறிவியல் தொழில்நுட்பம் சார்ந்த படைப்புகள் தவிர அவரது பெண் பாத்திர
படைப்புகள் மற்றும் பெண்களை அவர் விவரிக்கும் விதம் சரியில்லை என்ற தொனியிருந்தது.
பெண்கள் பலகலையில் பணிபுரியும், திருமணம் செய்துக் கொள்ளாத பெண்ணியவாதி அவர்.
டீ சர்ட் வாசகங்களும் மற்றும் மெக்ஸிகோ சலவைகாரியும் மனதில் வந்து போயின சட்டென்று.
ஓ..இப்படியும் ஒரு கோணம் இருக்கோ! அதன்பின், அறிவியல் சார்ந்த அவரது எழுத்துகளைவிட, மற்ற
நாவல்கள் படிப்பது தீவிரமாகியது!!!
கற்றதும் பெற்றதும் ஒருவாரம் மிஸ் பண்ணியது இல்லை.
சீரங்கத்து தேவதைகள் என்னுடய வாங்கவேண்டிய புத்தகங்கள் லிஸ்டில் முதலில் இருந்தது.
வேலைக்கு சேர்ந்தவுடன் சும்மாயிருந்த சனி,ஞாயிறுகளுக்காக முருகன் லெண்டிங் லைப்ரரியில் மீண்டும்
சுஜாதா வாசம்.
"காயத்ரி" படித்த இரவு முழுவதும் டிடெக்டிவ் கனவுகள்!!
நான் கருவுற்ற காலத்தில் பலரும் என்னை பலவித புத்தஙகங்களை படிக்க வற்புறுத்திய சமயத்தில்
மாய்ந்து மாய்ந்து படித்தது சுஜாதாவின் புத்தகங்களைத்தான்!
ஆ, ராஜராஜன் கிணறு, மத்யமர் கதைகள், கனவுதொழிற்சாலை, பிரிவோம் சந்திப்போம்,ப்ரியா,ஜன்னல் மலர்,
ஒரே ஒரு துரோகம், வசந்தகால குற்றங்கள் என அவரது எழுத்துலகு ஈர்த்து வைத்திருந்தது.
சே..எப்படி கொண்டு வந்து முடிக்கறார்..என்று பிரமிக்க வைத்திருக்கிறது.
பல்வேறு விமர்சனங்கள் இருந்தாலும், என்னைப் போல் பொழுதுபோக்கிகளை பிரமிக்க வைக்கும்
வசீகரம் இவரது எழுத்துக்கு இருந்தது உண்மை!

அவரது மறைவை இன்று காலை அறிந்ததும்,
இன்னும் என்னவெல்லாம் எழுத திட்டமிட்டிருந்தாரோ!
அன்னாருக்கு ஒரு வாசகியின் அஞ்சலிகள்!!

Hi Sandanamullai,
eventhough I hadn't read many of his books listed by you, I am a fan of his writings too.
Very shocked to read the news of his demise, yesterday.
May his soul rest in peace.

Today i was very upset n couldnt work
I was thinking abt the characters
ganesh-sincere n dignified detective
vasanth-charming n choclate boy detective
jeeno-the intelligent dog
now who'll give life to these characters??
ive read his kanavu thozih chalai, karai ellam shenbagapoo, vasantha kaala kutrangal,
yavanika-serial in vikatan, also his articles while he was working in kumudam and
vikatan, what a versatile writer who writes abt alwar pasuram nd also science and technology, genes
he has always kept that mexico salavai kaari joke as a secret in his stories and it has gone with him unveiled
he was only getting old but his writings were always youthful
his writing has always provided unlimited infortainment
his demise is a great loss for book worms, knowledgemongers, for whole tamilnadu itself

Oh.....Sujatha.......

We miss you.....You were like one of the members in our family....

May your soul rest in piece......

You are going to live long by your writings......

What an intellectual writing!.......His subtle way of of describing emotions was marvelous! Tamil world has lost its legendary writer.......Srirangathu dhevadhaigal, En Iniya Iyandhira, Katradhum Petradhum, Ratham Ore Niram, Kaandhalur Vasandhakumaran Kadhai, En Edharku Eppadi, Sorgatheevu.....He was a treasure to the readers....

Seidhi arindhavudan adi vayitrilirundhu undana sangadathudan idhai ezhudhugiren. Avarai patri oru thread arambikkum yosnaiyil vandha enakku, Sandanamullai, ungalin thuvakkathai paarthu indha vedhanaiyana nerathilum oru siriya sandhosham thondriyadhu. En manamaarndha paratudhalgal....Tamilil ezhudhiyadharku nandri....
