cell phone use while driving

Dear Friends
Today is a funeral of a friend who was killed by a girl who was on a cell phone while driving.
I have seen numerous Indians doing this please use your blue tooth or dont use cell phone while driving.
This is important.

In NY and some other states, cell phone while driving is illegal.
Hope it becomes a law to ban all cell phones while driving.
