DH Fooled me

This happened some 7 years back…
Mine is love marriage, this incident happened b4 my marriage.
I was in my first job in Chennai and my DH was in Tirunelveli.
We use to speak in phone(landline) and rarely exchange e-mails.
One day he said, he has a surprise for me :confused2:…(I already said in other thread he is unromantic).
Hence the word itself surprise for me and enquired “What?”, he said he is missing me very much and he has also written a poem about it and sent me thru e-mail, so he asked me to check the email. I was like :banana.
I do checked it and I was really flying high, thinking that he has written poem..that too thinking about me..ha..ha…:biglaugh My SIL was very friendly and we were already relatives, while going to meet my SIL (she was here in Chennai,presuming MSc) I took that printout with me and showed it to her, She was stunned and with high pitch she said that is was her poem:hide:, her brother (My DH), has stolen and send it to me..i was like :bang ..though I felt happy, atleast he thought of sending it to me :bonk..

After our marriage, we went to Nellai for our reception, there I heard a song from his collection in CD “Show me the meaning of being lonely..is the the feeling…” ….Oh no this was the poem he gave me 3 years back, then I realised Oops SIL also lied to me saying that it belong to her’s :rant… It's a Pop Song.
What a cheating familyWitsend…They made me fool Harhar…

It's not suprise, its a cheating...that time i thought that he knew to write poem and was flying in air...Oops but he stolen the whole pop song and gifted it to me :bonk.

:rotfl:rotfl... both your conclusion are true, that time i don't have exposure to pop songs and knowing that they (DH& SIL) tried to impress me by saying all this...but finally caught by me.
