Dear Twinsmom, I cannot claim any proficiency..either in languages nor sciences, leave alone Maths! All the same, let me live in the bright hope that my brain is wholesome and will function fine if I only willed it to !!!! That's about me...talking about you....Good for you that you calculate as well as you converse. Hope the cousin has read the article by now:) I enjoyed it immensely. Nice one. L, Kamla

Dear Kamla, T he said cousin is a media star... He writes for The best of magazines and dailies in India... He'd hardly have time for me...even if I am related! And I don't peddle my work.... not even to my own family. If they read...fine.... if not , it is fine too... But getting response from Blogosphere is great! I really enjoy that!

I have stopped buying "Hindu" when I had come to know that I get free of cost, a Gangadhar's blood relative's contribution in IL. Hahaha! In fact I should be greatful to "The Hindu "because the kadukalavu literary knowledge that I have gained is only due to reading of Hindu from student days! I admire your literary skill! Love, Pushpavalli

Hi Pushpavalli, I agree with your views about The Hindu. It is agreat daily and a tradition in my family since its inception. My sons even used to subscribe to it when they were doing their Engg. in Coimbatore....preferring to get their own copy rather than wait for the common copy in the warden's room/ leisure room. We love the crossword...and everyday ther'd be a scramble for it... As for Gangadhar, my love for english language was reendorsed by his Slice of Life... I dared to dream those days that one day, I'll be able to write like that... So your praise comes as a dream come true to me. Thank you...

| Hi Twinsmom This is a superlative post! It gives numerical freaks like me to hope for better days in communication skills. Whenever writers like Manju Reddy with their colourful expressions (and now you!) gave me a kingsized complex, I drew solace from the fact that she might be handicapped while solving complicated equations in spherical trignometry, a subject in which I excelled! Now by confirming that you share the boat with her, I feel even more comforted. Long live maths! English is not my mother tongue anyway! Sri
