hi sunkan,

Whether it is a bold post, photoshop, a thought provoking forward, or a thoroughly searched out article for the view of other ils to benefit, u are there at the top. You do have a definite fan following.
Regarding the nice post, you know sunkan, lot of people (intially me included) could not express much on the blog/article which the blogger would have taken time/effort to put. yes. nice post even if 2 words, it shows atleast few of them who are visiting are putting at least the two words nice post. i know the no of posts which would have been viewd many times without a single comment.

So all is part of the game. You are enjoying by submitting and contributing to this IL community/blogger community. Applause and accolades will definitely follow, sometimes it gushes out as if a dam has broken. but the same comes as trickle from a crack in the dam also.

Dont lament. keep submitting.

My dear Sunkan,

Whether an outburst or not, it was a sincere feeling that you did not hesitate to give a voice to, and rightfully !

Sunkan, you have now become synonymous with IL !! And that is a fact ! Along with Chitvish, Varalotti , Cheeniya et al, you and your posts and your photoshop skills are now famous to the IL members, have no doubt on that. If you are not there, you are missed.

True, I agree with you that you may not have gotten the recognition like the other stalwarts of our community, but that does not make your posts any less valuable. Just remember that many famous people have achieved their 'fame' a bit late in the day. But it does not put them off. If we take our popular film fraternity personalities, likes of Dharmendra and Dev Anand did not receive any accolades for their acting abilities. But now they are all awarded with special honor :)) Even now, the national award for best actress has gone to Sarika it seems, while Rani waits in darkness after her superb performance in Black! Lady luck too has a hand in it I guess.

Please note that I note your posts!! Keep going forth.

L, Kamla

Dear sunkan,

Your apathy about your posts are not being responded especially the posts where you put hard work and still it goes unnoticed is a tough situation in which I have found myself. But, of late thinking about this I found that no one can be blamed for this. Unless we reach a stage when whatever we may churn out will be lapped by readers we have to be patient. It is like brand selling. However good quality an item may possess if it does not have a popular brand's name it will not sell. Same way however ordinary or even poor an item may be it will sell if it has the popular brand name. Even in our family circle I have found this. I may crack a good joke for which no one will laugh or appreciate. But, a favourite person even if he just opens his mouth people will start laughing. That is the way life is and one has to be patient. Please keep posting and you can be rest assured that there is atleast one person (me) who will read it, appreciate and respond.

Regards,

TDU

Hello Sunkan,

I repeat do not get disheartened that you are not getting enough feedbacks to your posts comparing with other sites or with other posters here. I would like to repeat what I tell those who worry about their post not getting enough focus or feedback...as a contributor your focus should be on posting those good stuff that you think are worth sharing. Then leave it to the readers. We cannot force anyone to read. It is based on their interests. Some read it and take time to provide feedback, while the rest only read and keep moving.

Ask yourself whether you read all the posts in this community? Whether you have time to post feedback to everything here? Based on your interests you stop by a few posts to feedback right? It's the same when it comes to your writings too. As a writer it is 100% correct on your part to expect feedback, but at the same time focus on how you can attract readers, try writing on topics that are found to attract the group, write briefly and in a way that is easy to understand. Keep posting in the appropriate forums. Your consistent efforts will definitely pay off.

Good Luck to you!

Note: I was originally sad reading your comparison of IL with the other blog site, that those bloggers there are responsive while IL ites are not. Be true and tell me now, do those bloggers give their heart and affection in their responses, like these IL ites here have done? I really felt very happy that these wonderful ladies here took time to write to you knowing that you are feeling sad. It's this personal connection that exists in IL beyond the usernames that makes all the difference, which I think cannot be compared with any blog. I am proud about these IL ites .

Malathy
