It is the six pointed star on the extreme bottom left.If people like your post...they click and give you 'reputation'.... We can see that star in other poster's post....hence can give it to others and not to ourselves.
If you get a reputation point...you will be notified....under notifications. Reputation points are rare....so don't expect them in a hurry. best of luck...hope you get a ton of them.:thumbsup
