In Mothercare in Doha, they have their cloth diaper range on a clearance price. Apparently, cloth diapers are NOT very popular here at all! You could check and see if they're also on clearance in Dubai.

10QR for a trial pack (1 diaper cover, 1 cloth insert, etc), 45QR for a starter set (4 diaper covers, 8 cloth inserts), and similar low prices.
