The academic term for schools in UAE is from April to March.

I guess you will have to personally visit the schools to find out if they can admit her mid term..Can't be of much help here
Staying in the City is lil expensive nowadays but of course you have access to all places. 1 BHK roughly costs Dhs 70,000 - 80,000+
Muroor/Shahama/Baniyas/Musaafah are places outside the city with comparatively lesser rents.
Check her for varous property listings..you will have some clue abt the rentals.
