Sleeping position is more important for us.Some ladies can manage sleeping in sides, but some sleep on their back or on stomach which is not advisable after a period of time. This pillow helps them to maintain the same position without disturbing the sleep. I am not that very keen yar but if it is not much expensive i wouldn't mind to fetch one from the stores. I'll be going to mothercare this weekend will have a look and update you..keep watching:thumbsup
