Ladies, Let me know from where to purchase a hair straightening flat iron. Also let me know the models and price available in the market. I have read good reviews on Sedu and Chi flat irons but not sure if they are available in Indian markets. It would be of gr8 help if any of the hair iron users can step in and provide some suggestions regarding the same.
Shubini, I bought my straightener in USA 4 yrs back.I did not know anything about straighteners at that time and got it in Macy's mall.My hair is straight naturally and I did use this instrument for three to four times in these 4 yrs. I heard that Revlon brands are good.Do we get them in Ezone??If so,try there. The prices are reasonable with some handsome offers. Iam not able to give you the price details in india. In USA,I got it for 30$ in sale. Good Luck!
Even i do own a hair straighter from US only.. I own Hot professional and Remington both are excellent My friend was using Revlon that is also good.. In chennai i had seen that in electronics section of Megamart.
RG & Brindha, Thanks for your reply. Both Revlon and Remington seems like brands available in Chennai. There is Philips, Panasonic, Morphy Richards flat irons also available in the market. I had health n glow in my mind.....thanks for letting me know abt ezone n megamart...will check them.
hey ppl.. so wer did u get tat hair straightener frm.. ezone or megamart..?? hw much is it?? is it good..
Hi, Later I got my flat iron from health n glow...a panasonic brand which is sort of ok. Have not used it extensively as I am yet to find a heat protectant cream/spray to apply before ironing.
I have thick curly to wavy hair. I tried the Philips flat iron and not satisfied with the quality/results. I spent abouty 40 minutes on my hair and am still not staisfied with the results. And the iron would get hot on the outside after some time and I had to turn it off periodically. When I checked in Health and Glow I saw Remington and Braun that were a little bit more expensive than Philips. Any ideas if these brands are better than Philips ?
