Sari Savings chits/schemes in Chennai!!!!!

Hi...

Many textile shops have savings chits schemes .

I know Rasi silks and RAngachary cloth store has such schemes

Do you know any more shops that run such schemes?

I would like some details,please...

I have absloutely no clue that schemes like these even exists. Thanks for the info.

there are many shops which have the chit scheme.i usually pay in rasi and in sundari silks rs 100.rasi they come and collect it from home too.

Some sari shops run savings schemes

where you join a group and pay 100/200/500 rs. or so for 12 months.

When you join you get a gift worth 1 month value.

every month, there is a lucky draw.

The draw is usually done before costumers.winner need not pay further

and can buy products for the 12 months value (ie 100x12)etc.

if you finish 12 months you can buy goods + you get a small bonus.

So no loss.

something like a product centric RD.

Even I have paid in Rasi and Rangachari.

Got selected in draws too.(small thrill)

yes its indeed a great thrill to get selected in the lucky draw as u dont have to pay the balance money.( once got selected in the second month itself)

you also get some small gift item ( house hold) at the time of joining the scheme.

i feel sundari ( 2 chits of 100 each) would be a good choice.....and this would be right month to start cos the chit will get over in september....and we can use it for diwali purchases.that's what i do.

sundari doesnt come home nowadays , earlier they used to do.however rasi comes home and collects.
