Please share here what you have heard from your mom / Dad or anyone about how you were and what you did as a child....
I am sure it would be great fun to share and know ones childhood;
To begin with my memories....
My dad used to say that i was brought in a tray and i was of that size when i was born now i am 5 ft 7"
... How did i grow so big so fast in 26 yrs? My Granny had seen me first and my bhavani athai. My athai says that i had made her waste her Casual leave as she had to wait all day long to recieve me on earth in the evening.
My dad had brought several colourful dresses for me those were rejected by the nurse. My murali athai had stitched white handmade dresses by herself those were only allowed for me to be worn. My murali athai feels so proud in saying that even till this date;
I was a very naughty kid it seems; When i used to be taken in the pram to the market my parents used to find one tomatoes or some vegetaples in my pram after reaching home ... My dad says we never knew when you used to pick up with those small hands. If they happened to see me pick and returned back to the grocerer they used to smilingly hand it to me :)
My dad used to buy balloons for me everyday.
My pati was alive till i was of 2 years and i was her pet and she always used to make me lie beside her....
I will come up with many of such memories ahead... Hope you all enjoy and feel it a privilege to share your childhood here.
