Default Jewellery Box?

Hi Ladies,

I am looking for a jewelery box(to organize my Artificial jewellery - earrings, pendants, chains, bracelets) etc. I dont want anything bulky.

Can someone tell me where I can find this? All my earrings/chains etc, is put in one box and I hardly can see what is where? They get entwined and I hardly wear them as I dont have the patience to sort through them..bonk

Where can I find this kind of box in Chennai?

Thanks so much...

In Pothys also in the 5th floor they have it made of synthetic material. So it's not bulky and you can store things. Check it out.

Hi friend

I too have the same problem, if you have to much collections then you cant keep everything in one box, how much box will u get then......

I have more than 100 hanging, 50 drops type, 25 sets, more than 100 bangles..........even more.........i got one box at initla stage , but its not enough to store everything, even there it will get merged ., atlast we got ZIPLOCK / press type of covers in all sizes ( from mylapore, luz corner, where you get all wholesale stuff.i think it is opp to mylapore rly station ) this will be in TRANSPARENT WHITE colour, so that, you can easily identify what is in the cover.

Small covers for simple and small earings
medium covers for big earing
and in big cover.you can keep the entire set - earing, bagnle, necklace....

For STONED JEWELLERY, it is always good to stroe it in VELVET BOX , so this VELVET JEWEL box will be very useful mainly for this purpose

And, iam using HANGERS for bangles , so that you can arrange proplery and take out and keep very easily

My 2 cents

There are jewellary boxes available in chennai. Various models. u can keep only ear rings (8,12,16) in one box. Likewise there are boxes available to keep only rings and only chains. Can get it from suya udavi magalir kulzu exhibitions.

hi,

i got the one from saravana stores , newly started, just opp to rmkv (i think, but am sure its near the new overbridge in the rows of chennai silks)
. it costs 150/- it has so many visible pouches with zips inside (you can even keep yr bindi packets in it). bangle cloth rods with velcro, cloth strips with velcro for rings, etc. 2 round visible pouches with zip for bangles, etc. i could not even explain it fully. that much pouches it has.

but i use this for keeping all my gold jewelleries, so that space saving in bero. you can also keep all yr hair pins, clips, etc. for that also provision s there.

hope this will help you.

latha
