I saw some study table and kids room sets -- some discount sales in the HINDU AD. there are few furniture shops that are already giving major discounts.

which area are u looking at for furniture and is it high end or moderate.

Check in JFA - Chikkanam furniture. If you go to Royapettah, one entire street is dedicated to furniture showrooms, sure can find one.

thanks for your help. we are looking at something moderate.went to the chennai trade centre yesterday but still cudnt get anything for the kids there.

hi cinduja, thanks for ur suggestion. tried out royapetah and JFA but seems like they dont stock kids furniture.

modfurn has some great beds and cribs for kids (if anyone is interested) but limited collection though
