You have a great list other than this i have few suggestions,

Speaking about salwars,you can try

Waves - Annanagar, Mogapaair Rd
Sundari Silks, T.Nagar
Hi-style
Few small shops in P.bazaar like Kairasi, Bombay etc.,

Try the plaza opp to Abirami mega mall in Purasaiwalkam for good collection of salwars ans skirts.

Fab India is good, worth the cost still i dont prefer spending tat much, which i can get many good stores in a better price. Itz upto you to decide.

Regarding Jwellery GRT is good. They have very small, cute and minute patterns with very weight. A new gallery has been opened near RMKV. Check that branch especially.

I have stitched many salwars and blouses with many tailors, if you can give me the locality you prefer i will check if i have someone to suggest. Let me know when you find time. Thanks.

He shd be able to stitch different designs for salwars. I want simple but modern designs.

In ashok pillar quite opposite to a fruit shop PazhamudhirCholai i suppose not sure there are few housing board colonies. i have stitched few silk blouses and it came out very well. It is in the second block, ground floor, on the main road itself. If you enquire there many will guide you. They dont have any hoardings.

In royapettah near the tower clock (mani koondu) there is one tailor called Sowmi's. His shop is quite infront of a very big muslim community centre. he stitches excellently, but he takes some time, so you should be tell him clearly if you need it to be done in a short time. he has good patterns. tell him that few of your friends who stitch here referred you. He is an old man but his skills are great.I have stitched nearly 15 salwars there.tell him you need different patterns for the salwar.

Ofcourse tailor made dresses are like growing plants each of us derive different results. So give a trial material, if you are satisfied go ahead.
