kids book stores near T nagar

Hi everyone,
From past week I was asking questions regarding shopping(sarees,dresses,jewellery) in chennai in different sections individually without knowing about this section. thanks to all of you who already responded, that helped me a lot being new to chennai.
Anyway my next one can anyone tell me good bookstores near t nagar where i can get kids story books? Also can anyone tell reasonable dvd stores where we can get good print of latest movies with decent price?

Check out Crossword in T.Nagar. Anyday Landmark is a best buy for books though there is no branch in T.Nagar.

As jenz said, landmark is best buy for books.Even you get dvds there.It is in Nungambakkam main road, very near to gemini flyover.It is not far from T.Nagar.If you go by two wheeler or auto or car,you can reach there within 15mins from t.nagar.Now moserbaer's movie dvds are good and cheap also.You can try them.

welcome to chennai! there is a cosy book shop called BOOK LANDS ian a basement of the jaipur gems and jewellry complex this is diagonally opposite to sundari silks on usman road they have some good collections there.of course the LAND MARK outlets are good ,but this one is in t.nagar itself

One is in Adyar near (Naidu hall/Nuts n Spicies) and somewhere in thiruvanmiyur.

Landmark is a good choice.. They have the ramayan and other mythological books for kids which is good and easy to introduce the stories to children.
