Call me krishnaamma I am still here in Saudi and we are planning to come to India before Deepavali. But for the past 4 years I could not travel in train or bus. because of my back pain. I used to travel less and I used to accumulate works in T. Nagar and one day I will come by car and finish all the work. That too I will take extra tablets and I used to wear BELT.

After seeing your mail I dont want to take risk. I cant walk also. Really thanks a lot Rajmi. You saved me from the crowd.

will address you so. Are you happy. Oh My God I really dont know that your health condition is such, though Ms. Eljaypee have told me something. But still it is not advisable to travel even with tablets and belt in T.Nagar this year.

Dont think of shopping in t-nagar b4 diwali. try some where else...if you cant walk...

and take care of your back...dont have too many pain killers...belt also makes your spine stiffer in the long run...try massages...and hot water bottle...you have lumbar spondilytis??? i think you mentioned in one of the thread ???

even accupressure...i had a few sessions at bangalore..he was very good. if you want will give you the website address for you....

But mylapore was also crowded...we were to mutt road...that is how i know.
velachery is buzzing...even naihaa has some nice stuff for kids....(both at chromepet, mudichur road tambaram??). Yes the link road velachery is now the hot and happening area...but again there also it is crowded...but keep your fingers crossed for no rains...only if it rains shopping there will be a nightmare....

When you talk of accupressure, I think its high time I tell you all that I learnt all the nuances of giving accupressure treatment from my uncle. Though I have not passed any exams, I have been giving accupressure treatment to my friends and relatives and they have all given their positive replies of cure after the treatment.

I also want to learn Reiki but I am not finding time to do it with my kid son around. Want to learn it at the earliest and help many with the combination of accupressure and Reiki.

Finish it fast. i will come to you for help..i have a degenerative spinal problem, which the doctors claim has to be operated and get a disc replaced...and the success rate is not so good...so i opt for all the other methods....i get relief..temporary from accupressure/ayurveda......so when the pain is severe i go in for one of these...

Yes that is why I said that at the last moment it will be my husband doing the shopping alone for him and the kids while coming back from office. Yes I dont want to rain while doing the shopping if I am doing any. Not in Mudichur Road Tambaram, but in Shanmugam Road Tambaram you have Naidu Hall, but you dont have much collections there for the kids. But in Chrompet yes you have some. And in Velachery Naidu hall too you have quite some pretty ones. Naihaa is yet to open in Velachery.

do you people know that there is a great diff in Naidu Hall and Naihaa

What she , Latha told about me ya? I am not taking too many tab. now a days. And I started working inside the house. Only I cant easily go up and down in steps. And could not bend and take heavy things. Thanks for your mail.

ok got confused with the roads:confused::confused:.....yes heard there is a difference. but still you get some good stuff for girls..and i dont shop much. been to naidu hall got some very good stuff for the kids......for me it is fabindia, westside...this year tried rmkv...so maybe during off season will check out pothy's...and also nalli's churidhar section..heard the collection is good...

Yes Shanthi. I am having Lumbo spondilytis. 4 th and 5th bones are some what concave. Now I am ok. I am not taking tab. regularly. And after 18 months, I started homeo. med. Now for the past 1 1/2 years I am not taking any regular oral tab. Only spray or ointment. Rarely I am using pain killers. Like while I am travelling India to Saudi. At that time I wont wear belt. Because I could not adjust them in the travel. So I will take tab.

I am started doing house hold works and if I feel paining I will lay down for a while or otherwise, I will wear the belt and do cooking , brooming etc.,
Now in Bangalore there is not servent I am managing with Krish. He will help me a looooooooooooot.
