Hi Lakshmi,
I think your vegetable chopper is no longer new for you now. And you would have got an experience. Please tell me whether it is really useful. I am also a working woman. I used to prepare lunch and breakfast in the morning itself and leave to office 8.30a.m.
I have a vegetable chooper which simply cuts carrot, beetroot and big onions. But it cuts too finely. Does not suitable for dicing at all. Also, not suitable for shredding cabbages.
Did you try dicing potatos, plaintain etc. And what about cabbages, carrots etc.
I am in coimbatore, tamilnadu.
Can u please suggest me.
Regards,
Uma

Hi Uma,
The chopper cuts most but not all vegetables. I cut all the vegetables like carrot, cabbage, beetroot, onions, plantain etc. For thin vegetables like lady's finger, i make them into a bunch and then shop them. But this chopper is not suitable for soft and mushy vegetables like tomato.
There are various attachments for this: you can chop vegetables into larger pieces or shred it finely. Cleaning might be tedious if you do it by hand. But if you have a maid or you use a dishwasher, it is easy to clean. Blades are very sharp and need to careful while cleaning it.
Any other queries, please let me know.

Hi Lakshmi,
What about cutting into big cubes (dicing) like we dice for plaintain curry or pumpkin curry. Did you try. Pleaseeeee can you do and show me the pictures of the resulted process. I saw their website. It is not an Indian website and the informations doesn't suitable for indian style cutting (for sambar like preparations). So that I am asking you in detail. Sorry for disturbing you in your busy schedule.
Regards,
Uma
