Default Oven for baking

Hi
i'm completely new to baking world. Well my 4 year old loves biscuits and cakes. so i wnat to prepare them in house.

what do i need to by, suggest me brands and oven i need to buy.

my requirements

1. Able to bake cake/busicuits /bread
2. Easy to use
3. Price range >10k (indian Rs )(max 15)

I don't want to go for a microwave one ,as i heard that it causes health hazards..

Please let me know
