Any gift idea for sister marriage??

Hello I am going to india in mid september for my younger sister marriage.Can somebody suggest me any marriage gift ideas besides perfumes and clothes

You going to the wedding itself is a gift.

I guess it depends on your budget. I bought flight tickets for my nephew's honeymoon..He and his wife really appreciated and enjoyed my gift and they will remember it life long.

Make it somthing remarkable. Not a perfume bottle.... please !! which will be one among many..!!

If they are going to settle in india you can gift them some thing they can uselike Refrigirator, microwave, etc.. Or you can present a gold or diamond set to your sister..

my question to you would be are you earning and is your husband also interested in spending for the gifts or are you only spending..incase if you want to stick to small amounts below 500$ or so you can go fora diamond pendant and ear ring set and finger ring set for your sis. I think you can also give them honeymoon tickets (i heard about a place called orange county in bangalore which is quite nice..chk the cost of tickets for mauritius or seychelles...) a gold set to your sis will always be remembered and also she can use it just like the diamond ones...

how about a digital camera or camcorder or a hybrid which has both (incase if they dont have one..)
