Use of Fans in Summer -----

really.. I have seen most of the apartments to have kitchen either in the entrance or just next to living room..poor girl.. where is yours...

yeah! u r correct...mine is in the entrance...but we cannot open the main door for ventilation since the smell rom other flats will get into our house, which creates vomiting sensation in me...

My kitchen also very small and no window. In this flat no ceiling fan

So I use Pedestal fan or sometime I will switch on AC but in Just air mode.
I think this will help you. In Saudi we are not supposed to open windows or doors.

But want to tell you one thing, Here if you use more and more current , in summer they will give some concession rate.The EB department encourage us to use more and more current. How is this?

During summer, we cant be without fans. In our home we have Khaitan fan. It is good only.But in my grandma home , she bought fan some thirty years back.Still that fan is working in a good condition, even though that was some local company's product.

Like Room heaters, which reduces our gas bills much in winter, guess Fans will be of very use in Summer. It saves lot energy when compared to the Air Conditioner. Like gas bill, we can reduce our Electricity bill in summer by avoiding much use of AC....

Thank you for the suggestion...What a country?!!!! Giving concession for more usage of electricity ?!!! Wish that is there in India...

In India let they charge for Current, first let them give it without fail in Summers.
Correct?
When you buy in bulk you will get good price. That is why I like Saudi very much.
That too in Ramadam Month, I love shopping. In that one month, they sell 10 times more than their usual sales. Then you see how much they will give for the customers.
