here is an easy way to cut your churidaar shalwar if you already have a tailored made shalwar. if you just place the churidaar shalwar on a piece of cloth and trace it out you won't get the churidaar effect. So, the trick is to take a piece of 2.5 0r 3 yard long fabric (preferably silk, cotton or crepe) and roughly fold it diagonally. now place the churidaar shalwar on it and just trace it out leaving 1/2'' allowance. you will get a perfect churidaar effect.
