Yes, this is the double katori and the draft that I have provided is for this type. Lets discuss more though I have still not tried my hand at it. Mutual exchange of ideas will perhaps give us more insight.

im put up in hyderabad now.. can anyone suggest me good tailors who stitch churidhars the best with new patterns?

i too like to learn, but i have been shifting so many places now, so could not do anything..
