Hi Kushal,

You can stitch kurtis out of the chunnis. If they are plain ones, then you can embellish them with stones and kundans or beads. Let your imagination fly and give a designer look to them

Hi Kushal:

If you wear slacks or jeans, you could use the chunnis to make short kurtis or tops with lining of course; you can shorten them and use it as scarves; you could also use them as curtains according to your furniture colors. Hope this helps! Jodi

Hi,

you can use these chunnis to make nice bags as well, also can be used tm make quilted patterns of your choice like cusion cover, designer bed covers, and infact you can mix and match the duppatas with curtains to make table tops.
I hope you will like it.

Deeps

You can also use the material to add sleeves to sleeveless tops, make headbands, belts, small environmental friendly tote bags, and just about anything else! Depends on the thickness of the material. If it is thin, you'd need to sew it with a lining.

Cotton chunnis can be made into bags to store sarees/costly dresses. Stitching tops from chunnis is also possible. Or quilts can be made which can be used to spread onthe floor for sitting or as spreads over a diwan. Pillow covers can also be stitiched using them. If the material is synthetic, use lining when stitiching tops.

Any duppatas or churni can be converrted into small tops for chindren with a underline cloth, personally i make inner skirts for small children with transparnent skirts or petticoats for winter use if it is soft enough, some i made floor mats those knowing tailoring, tablecloth with underlining, blouses for ladies, outer skirts etc .... all these i made by not knowing what to do with the leftover chunni i am not good at sewing, i can do so much you can do much more just improvise
