    Hi Vanaja
Thank you very much for your reply.
Thanks a lot for posting the draft of blouse.
With the help of your draft I tried to cut & stitch the blouse, it came out very well.

This is the first time I tried to stitch saree blouse and it came out so well that I'm verymuch thank ful to you.

Attached is the blouse which I've stitched with the help of ur draft.
Its slightly tight around the armpit and everything else is good and fine.

I think I need to practice cutting & stitching more blouses in order to become perfect in sitiching.

    Thank you once again
    Regards
    Swapna

    Hi Swapna,

Fantastic! You are able to follow my draft and stitch. You must be really talented.

If you find the armpit tighter, try to deep cut the armpit curve and stitch. Once you practice 4 to 5 blouses, you will be perfect with your measurements. All the best.:thumbsup

    Hi Vanaja,

    ThankYou for your compliments.
Its only with help of your draft measurements I was able to stitch blouse.

I'll try to start stitching some more blouses to become perfect in blouse stitching.

-->As you said where should I deep cut the armpit. At the front side or at the bottom of armpit?

-->I had another doubt reagarding salwar bottom draft which you posted in the salwarkameez thread, I've posted it on 16th Feb can you pls clear my doubt regarding salwar bottom too...................?

    Thank You In Advance
    Regards
    Swapna.

    Re: katori blouse stitching measurements

    Hi Archana,

I have recently learnt to sew the Katori blouse. I have to still cut and sew. I am planning to do that during next week. Once I do and find it satisfactory I will share the procedure with you all here. Please bear with me for a few days.

    hi swapna,

you can try cutting both front and back arm hole a little deep (very minimal) and stitch a blouse and see. if it is still tight you can cut some more.

regarding the salwar doubt - can you just give me the link for your doubt or the thread link?
