    Hi Geevee,

In order to lower the back, you have to carefully remove the neck bias strip hemming/piping and then mark the depth of the neck as much lower you want. Cut along the new mark. You will have to add additional bias strips to accommodate the neck depth. If the existing neck is a broad round shape then I am afraid that converting it to a 'V' will be too broad. I would suggest a deeper round or U neck.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Vanaja

Thank You very much for posting the draft and measurements of Blouse
I've been looking for it since long time.

I've tried to mark the measurements of blouse as per given by you on a paper , but I got confused at some points.
-->The measurments which you have provided do they include extra 1 to 1.5" for stitching allowance or do we have to mark extra 1 to 1.5" and cut for stitching?

-->Can you pls explain in detail about patti line?[like its given 0 to 1 = body measurment 12 to 1 - 1/2", but how to calculate the body measurment 12 to 1 or 4 to 13]

-->And also its given for blouse 0 to 2 = 1/8 chest + 2" [ Is this 2" added togerther with 1/8 chest equals length from 0 to 2 of blouse (or) this 2" is just extra measurement for allowance?]

Can you pls help me in clearing the doubt.
I really want to stitch blouse but now I'm in the middle of marking .

    Regards,
    SwapnaSingh
